The majority of our products are carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans, while some pieces are produced using modern manufacturing methods while maintaining high quality standards.
For handmade products, each piece is one-of-a-kind and carries a unique character that reflects authentic heritage and craftsmanship. You may notice slight variations in colors, dimensions, or details between handmade pieces. These variations are not defects, but rather proof of authentic handcraftsmanship and the uniqueness of each piece. No two pieces are exactly identical, and this is what makes your product special and distinctive.
•Approximately 90% of our products are handmade, crafted with care and attention to detail. Most items are made in Jordan, with select products sourced from India, Egypt, and Turkey. Our collection includes a variety of materials, such as brass, wood, embroidered fabrics, and Arabesque designs. Each piece is unique, so slight variations from the images shown may occur.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned, as products are shipped internationally and are often custom-made.
• Some products require special care and maintenance to preserve their quality. Instructions are provided with the products.
4. Payments
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment system.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided.
